Spotify has launched a new setting for family account members. It lets parents to stop their children's listening from shaping their own music recommendations and year-end Wrapped recap. The control separates adult listening habits from the algorithm.

This means that a parent's personalised playlists and Wrapped summary will no longer be shaped by kids' music. Songs like "Baby Shark" will no longer affect the recommendations made for the adult's individual profile.
