Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren, 68, says asking for a second diagnosis after a kidney cancer health scare was the decision that saved his life. He has talked openly about the experience in a new documentary, "Dolph: Unbreakable," which is now getting attention from critics and audiences.

Lundgren also has a memoir out going into detail from his career, including the story behind a well-known red carpet confrontation with Jean-Claude Van Damme. The documentary and book come out at the same time, giving fans a detailed look at the health battle and life the Swedish actor has mostly kept to himself.
